The three men ran away from a home in Riverside near Harbor Towne Shopping Center after the attempted kidnapping, leaving their dogs behind, police say.
A day later, the three men returned to the house. A man took the three men to an area at Harbor Towne Shopping Center, where one of the men died and the two others were rushed to a hospital.
Police say the three men have been charged with the attempted murder of an Indian man, kidnapping and first-degree murder.
